Shipping Information
Do I have to pay for shipping?
You are eligible for FREE SHIPPING If your order is more than 75 USD . For smaller orders we offer a flat rate of 18 USD for all states.
When will I receive my shipping confirmation details?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number(s), which will typically become active within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, ZISSLI does not ship outside the Continental U.S. However, we may expand our shipping options in the future, so please stay tuned!
Damages & Loss
ZISSLI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during the shipping process. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. If an order is lost, we are unable to provide a refund or send a replacement.
Note: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim with the carrier.
Returns Policy
Due to safety and health regulations, food items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than a defective or expired product.
Defective/Expired Items:
If you receive a defective or expired product, we will be happy to provide a store credit equal in value to the original purchase price.
Taste/Texture Preferences:
If you are unsatisfied with the taste or texture of a product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
As ZISSLI is a reseller and not the manufacturer, we are not responsible for product formulation. We suggest reaching out to the specific product brand regarding quality or flavor concerns.
